The DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) Family Portal will be unavailable from Wednesday, June 25 at 2:00 pm ET until Thursday, July 10 at 2:00 pm ET. Parents and students will not be able to access the system or register students during this time. Registration will resume when the system is reopened on July 10.

Earlier this week, our Lakenheath Middle School students had the incredible opportunity to hear from F-35 pilot Samantha “Force” Vernon, who shared her inspiring journey as a military child.
Samantha spoke about the unique challenges and sacrifices she faced growing up in a military family—and how those experiences built the resilience, adaptability, and strength that now help her thrive in the skies as a fighter pilot.
Her story reminded us all that the military child experience, while tough, can forge powerful tools for success. Thank you, “Force,” for empowering our students with your words and example! 💪🌟
