Spanish and culinary arts collaboration connects language learning with career readiness
At its core, education is about making connections. When students ask, “When will I use this in the real world?” the answer is often found by breaking down the silos between traditional subjects. Recently, students in G4 Spanish II C and the Culinary Arts department at Lakenheath Middle School participated in a unique collaboration that turned the kitchen into a laboratory for language, culture and career readiness.
